Topic of Choice #3: Don't Let Stress Take Over

There is nineteen more days till winter break. Finals are approaching and college kids are stressing. I've always been the type to handle stress well; all throughout high school I was dedicated to my studies, as I am now, but I never stressed about school. Everyone thought I was crazy, but to me it was simple.

I have always been the type to live in the moment; I like to take everything in day by day, not tackling tomorrow's tasks until the day has arrived. In high school I always wrote everything I needed to do down, so that I would feel accomplished crossing it out. By assigning myself tasks on certain days, I was able to focus on taking everything day by day.

Another thing I have noticed about myself is that I have the mind-set of believing everything will work out in the end, no matter what. This helps me with avoiding stress as well because I know that even if I don't do so well on one assignment, I will still be successful.
