Landscape of the Sacred #2

The first Axiom that Lane states that “Sacred place is not chosen, it choses” reminded me that God decide when He reveals himself to us, not vice-versa. An ordinary place can be also a sacred place depending on the person exploring that particular place. On page 20 it states that a place has a way of molding personality. That struck me because how can a place either change or mold a personality. Is it temporary or permanent? And even does it have to what the place makes us feel and how it’s sacred?
