Natural Setting #2
One of my favorite places on campus is the secret garden in the Ferg. I feel like most people don't know it exists, but then I'm also impressed and surprised by how many people that are not native ferg-goers that do know about it. It is somewhat of a secret door, where a brick path underneath an arbor covered with vines leads you to a fountain and a sitting area. There are some rocking chairs and porch swings (those are my favorite), also some wooden tables and chairs. Most times I go out there to get away from the craziness of classes or the overflow of people talking in the hallway. The fountain adds a peaceful noise to the garden. Although it is sandwiched in-between all my responsibilities, I always feel more refreshed and less stressed after spending some time here.
