What You Learn Hiking the Whole Appalachian Trail
The article talks about how walking the Appalachian Trail might be difficult for others because there at times you will have to walk alone, by yourself, and learning how to adjust solitude. And not adjusting fast will result into quitting the whole Appalachian Trail. There’s a lot of thinking involve in the trail, where someone would think of the future, the past and even the present. The AT makes someone go through different emotions and physical hardship.
