-As people most of the time we are never content with ourselves. Whether it be our possessions or ourselves as a person. If someone is better off than you, or at at higher position in an organization than or you or just has a higher grade than you instead of being jealous or praying for their downfall just work as hard as them or even harder to be their equal.
